Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for project planning, risk and crisis management;
  • Lead and manage projects from Design Development phase through Construction Administration phase;
  • Project Coordination with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure all required information for project design and planning is obtained;
  • Implement, supervise and manage the execution for all production on site;
  • Liaise with vendors/ suppliers for providing goods/services in highest quality standard;
  • Ensure all activities follow the working processes of other teams/vendors;
  • Finalization of accounts with clients / consultants / sub-contractors;
  • Based in Hong Kong and occasionally travel to China if needed.

Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above in Event Management/Project Management or equivalent professional qualifications;
  • 3-5 years of events project supervision experience
  • Strong leadership skills will be an advantage;
  • Good time management and communication;
  • A good team player with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to details and capability of multi-tasking;
  • Good command of spoken Mandarin, Cantonese & English;
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager.
