Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Establish good cooperative relationships with various departments/units to provide solutions for manpower planning
- In line with the business development, compile and analyze the manpower needs
- Manage team’s administrative works, include all files maintenance, reporting records, training records & team’s events etc.
- Manage operating budget of department, and staff performance & business result analysis.
- Other assigned tasks.
- Complete daily & specific tasks effectively & efficiently.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration / Human Resources is an advantage
- 3 years or above relevant working experience
- Independent, self-motivated, organized and able to work under pressure with tight deadline.
- Proficiency in common PC applications, such as PowerPoint, WORD, Excel & Chinese word-processing
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
- Good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written, and fluent in Putonghua
