Job Description

This is a 2-Year Renewable Contract Position (Service Provider: Manpower). We are looking for a young talent with excellent coordination skills to follow up with department head’s sale and operation work. This person will be working in carrier business group.

Responsibilities:

• Follow-up daily requests from department head, handle the schedule
• Handle daily sales operation, such as quotations, order arrangements, after-sales services;
• Handle customers inquiries;
• Complete related paper works and reports timely;
• Coordinating with other departments according department head’s need;
• Various ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in BSc. Major in business management, administration or any  revelent experience are preferred;
• Relevant experience in sales/customer services experience will also be a bonus;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin; Accurate English & Chinese typing are essential;
• Polite, solicitous and positive thinking;
• Details-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
