Our client is an expanding international law firm with a stable and dynamic working environment. They are seeking a night shift secretary working independently to serve the entire office in the evening time.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the local office including Partners and Associate level lawyers across all sectors
• Preparing various legal documents including preforming Chinese typing, typing up legal letters and preparing meeting materials for the lawyers
• Clerical work such as filing and data entry
• Closely working with the global documentation center to ensure the documentation production / desktop publishing work are smooth
• Meeting / front desk support occasionally during evening time
• Providing administrative support such as meeting room booking and ordering dinners
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Partners

Requirements:

• At least 5 years legal secretarial support / desktop publishing work experience
• Candidates with night shift working experience will be ideal
• Proficiency in MS Word and Power Point usage, Chinese typing skill required 
• A good team player with pleasant character and outstanding communication and time management skills
• Candidates immediately available will be considered first
