Responsibilities:

• Monitor & Develop a strategic plan for optimized productivity, performance to maximize sales and profitability, manpower efficiency and deliver quality service to maintain, operate our subsidiaries to take full responsibility for the Profit and Loss of the operation;
• Oversee day-to-day operations, assign performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals
• Provide strategic leadership for the sales & operations in plans, budgets, and result measurements allocating resources;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business management or related field
• Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
• Excellent organization and leadership skills, and possess decision taking ability
• Substantial experience in large-scale project development. Working experience in government or statutory bodies will be an advantage
• Able to excel in high-pressure situations
• Excellent leadership, management and communication skills
