Assistant to Office Manager

Responsibilities:

• General office administrative support
• Responsible for ad hoc duties and other clerical support
• Co-ordinate with internal departments to execute company activities
• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administration support to senior management
• Handle confidential documents with a professional manner
• Procurement of office supplies and equipment

Requirements:

• F.7 or above with 1 year working experience
• Well organized, responsible, independent and good interpersonal skill
• Proficient in PC knowledge, MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to perform multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Immediately available is preferable
