The incumbent will be responsible for providing administratives upport and routine reporting of key business performances of the sales teams.

• Provide administrative support to the sales teams including quotations or proposals generation, applications and documents checking & filing, communicating with insurance companies, calculating commission, assist in policy renewals and policy transfer from other brokers
• Handle enquiry from customers and insurance companies or triage to management
• Maintain sales materials and documents library
• Internal Technical Representatives (TR) administration including the checking on TR’s qualification, CPD hours, licenses renewals
• Assist on ad-hoc assignments and projects

• University Graduate with any discipline
• Aminimum of 2 years relevant experience in insurance agency or broker company, candidate with 4+ years' experience may be considered Manager title
• Insurance license holder (Passing of IIQE Paper 1-5 or other equivalent qualifications) a big plus
• Detail minded, responsible, eager to learn and positive working attitude
• Good communication and organization skills
• Able to work independently
• Familiar with Spreadsheets & Acrobat, SalesForce experience is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
