5. 有較強的工作責任心，良好的職業素養和職業操守；
6. 語聽說讀寫流利，有海外學習、生活經歷者優先考慮；

（1）Job Responsibilities：

• Undertake innovation projects, coordinate innovation management activities and implement innovation project management across departments and subsidiaries;
• Conduct research and organize activities for management improvement, system innovation and business model innovation;
• Implement supervision and management of bidding and procurement activities;
• Guide subordinate companies to implement bidding and procurement activities via the China Merchants Group Electronic Procurement and Bidding Platform.

• Master degree or above, with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in large enterprises.
• Solid understanding of the shipping industry, technical knowledge in navigation technology and turbine technology.
• Strong ability of information gathering and analysis, excellent logical thinking skills.
• Excellent writing, communication and coordination skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and sound professional ethics.
• Good command of both spoken and written English, overseas experience is an advantage.
• Experience in organizing convention and exhibition activities.
• Hong Kong residents are preferred, candidates with experience in classification society are preferred
