Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design and conduct training plan on soft skills to support business growth;
- Support and evaluate improvement plan on Mystery Shopper Program;
- Provide regular training to frontline staffs to enhance work knowledge and soft skills;
- Support training administration including class enrollment, record updating, reporting and related logistics to launch training programs in a smooth and effective way;
- Attend regular meeting with clients
- Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines;
- Customer-oriented, well-organized, positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Proficiency in MS office including PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
- Strong knowledge on consumer electronic products including Smartphone / Tablet / Notebook / CE / TV will be definitely an advantage;
- Knowledge in video production & editing would be a plus;
- Excellent performance in retail sales position will also be considered;
- Immediately available is preferable.
