Venturenix is a fast growing IT Recruitment & training company. To cope with the expansion, we are looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk, who would can bring in strong AR/AP experiences (with a focused on AR) to join our team. 

Responsibilities

• To issue invoices, and follow-ups with Clients to ensure on time payments. 
• Manage timesheets for Contractors. 
• Handling account payable or issue cheques for our Accountant. 
• Provide clerical and general administrative supports to the team
• Undertake any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years experiences in AR, and 1 year in AP. 
  
• Good experiences in managing AR with minimum overdue, in a B2B or corporate clients environment are required. 
• Able to work independently and good work attitude
• Working Hour: Flexible, depends on your personal needs. 4 hours every day, either work from home or in the office. 
• Working location: Sheung Wan
