We are actively seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our fast paced and professional team as a Project Assistant.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide general clerical and administrative support to Project team;
• Assist in preparation of correspondence, report and presentation material;
• Assist in handling document submission, keep monitor the project budget, material delivery schedule and inventory record;
• Handle customers' enquiries professionally in a timely manner;
• Provide supports to Sales team for daily operation, quotation, and CRM system;
• Manage filing system and document control system;
• Coordinate with external and internal parties to facilitate smooth project operation;
• Occasional outdoor work is required;
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years relevant working experience with engineering firm or project management team is preferred;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; 
• Proficient in PC skills and MS Office;
• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities systems and procedures;
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
• Independent, responsible, punctual, team player and able to work under pressure;
• Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential;
• Knowledge in Radio Frequency, Mobile Network, IT or E&M will be an advantage
