Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Running of Exam Sessions:
- Invigilating the examinations
- Checking and putting in candidate order the completed scripts, completing the attendance register, final check and packing/sealing envelops in the exam room with the Examinations Manager.
- Returning all sealed and packed examination scripts to the general office for dispatch to the examination board(s).
Carrying out all reasonable tasks that are required by the Examination Manager.
Rate of pay and hours of work
The rate of pay is $124 per hour with a minimum payment of three hours ($372) for each working day. Although this is an hourly paid position a strong commitment to the role is required. Working hours may vary, mainly during school hours on weekdays.
Invigilators may be expected to work during the months of December, January, February and March, and must be available during term time from May and June for the summer examination series.
Location of work
Currently, our new world-class campus is situated in Central which can be reached by Minibus no.9 in Central MTR Station.
