Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of operations including payroll, on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, annual review cycle, leave attendance records, benefits administration and taxation filing
• Prepare monthly payroll calculation and pay slips for the workforce
• Provide a full range of administrative support including office renovation and repair work; fixed assets administration and equipment maintenance
• Back-up reception duties such as servicing at front desk, greeting guest, arranging meeting rooms, and handling incoming calls and courier etc.
• Assist and support HR manager
• Assist in HRIS enhancement
• Involve in recruitment functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree preferably in Human Resources / Business Management
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience preferable in related industry
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Detailed mind, self-motivated, able to work independently and work under pressure
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as a Senior HR Officer
