Job Responsibilities

• Perform clerical support such as data inputting, filing and scanning
• Manage reports, incoming call/mail, emails and maintain up-to-date file records
• Coordinate with coaches and maintain attendance records
• Handle administrative-related issues and work closely with all departments
• Coordinate schedules and team activities
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks or duties as requested
• Fieldwork required

Requirements

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• Minimum 1 year of clerical experience
• Proficiency in computer skills, in particular, MS Office Excel;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Can work responsible, well-organized and self-motivated
• Good time management with interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred
