Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide general clerical support including but not limited to report compilation, proper document filing, sales administration support and procurement of office necessities 

  • Co-ordinate with other service providers and other departments regarding administrative duties 

  • Maintain information by entering and updating record in internal databases and filing records to maintain proper documentation 

  • Help to coordinate some occasional events 

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager 

  • 5-day work per week 

  • 1 year contract 

Requirement: 

  • F.5 or above with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in administrative role preferably in customer service related industry 

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate with different parties in a timely and organized manner, strong numerical sense 

  • Well-organized, self-motivated and detail-minded 

  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese 

  • Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing 

  • Immediate available is highly preferable
