Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative & clerical support including data entry, filing, and document management
• Provide outstanding guest service to VIPs including catering service
• Coordinate and assist in organizing staff activities and events, such as Christmas party, annual dinner etc.
• Handle paperwork relating to procurement, insurance, environmental & facilities management, control and documentation
• Any ad-hoc projects as assigned 

 Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any related disciplines
• 2 - 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in Customer Service or Hospitality industry
• Able to work independently, handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Good computer knowledge (MS excel and Chinese Word Processing)
• Good communication, organization and with problem-solving skills, able to handle multi-tasking
• Candidate with less experience will be also considered as Assistant
• Immediate available is preferred
• Working location: Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate (Free Shuttle Bus Service provide at TKO MTR Station)
