Our client is a global luxury beauty brand and they are looking for a Senior Trainer for their front line staffs in HK and Macau to help business by developing and facilitating training programs for frontliners by assisting in identify and address frontliners' inefficiency, motivate and engage BA, and executing the training and development strategy.'

Job Requirement

• Responsible for delivering product knowledge and selling technique through training programs to BAs
• Deliver classroom training and field coaching sessions for both existing BAs and new BAs, in active learning methods
• Participate in designing training notes according to training needs
• Assist in monitoring, maintain and enhance our grooming standards
• Participate in road show if needed to keep up to date and gain in-depth understanding in retail business

Communication

• Create selling script to BAs according to selling / promotion strategy
• Proactively offer help to external as well as internal customers whenever possible
• Assist in consolidating monthly KPIs and training activities information to complete training reports
• Conduct beauty workshop to our corporate clients if necessary

Customer Service

• Assist in handling customer enquiry on product, feedback and complaint on service level
• Assist in monitoring and managing the customer services hotline operations, handling customer feedback, formulating and revising relevant SOP.

You are:

• A team player, mature, confident, positive mindset with good people skills
• Proficient in Cantonese and spoken and written English, Mandarin speaking is a definite advantage

You have:

• Training experience in skin care industry with sound facilitation skills
• Hands-on frontline customer services experience in retail / hospitality industry preferred
• Knowledge in skincare is preferable
• Good communication skills with all levels, particularly with BA community
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint usage
• Strong customer-oriented service mindset with attention to details
• Strong understanding in retail needs and customer services
