To pursue our growth such that our rich culinary culture and values can be reached, shared and embraced globally, we are looking for collaborative teammates to join our expanding Human Resources and Administration team.

How you will contribute:

• Partner with Head of Human Resources, proactively understand the needs of the team, promote employee culture, create an efficient working environment, and provide relevant improvement plans
• Assist in managing all-rounded HR operation including recruitment and C&B functions
• Support employee engagement functions, such as organizing employee events, coordinating welfare activities
• Responsible for all aspects of office administration, procurement, and facility management to ensure efficient and quality service
• Close liaison and coordination with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

You will be a fit for the role if you are / have:

• Be self-starter. Able to come up with ideas and seek out opportunities pro-actively for development and improve processes with self-motivation
• Organize and detail oriented. Able to prioritize and meet deadlines. Could achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing assigned tasks
• Team player. Willing to commit to ensuring the team succeeds with all tasks, duties, and projects. Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and willingness to offer help to team members in need
• Customer-oriented and good interpersonal skills. Able to engage stakeholders in a collaborative manner. Customer-oriented with keen attention to detail and ability to translate requirements into action. Able to present and communicate information clearly.
• Be Ethical. Proficient at properly handling confidential and sensitive information
• Technical. Proficient in MS Office application including Excel and Word.
• The experience. 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources and administration management.
• The education. Tertiary educated in Business Administration or other relevant quantitative field
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
