Our client is a global leader in life and health reinsurance and they are looking for a Training Consultant to support their upcoming underwriting project.

- Design and develop training material across various markets
- Identify learning objectives and relevant content
- Work closely with the team to support and develop the implementation of the overall Change Management strategy and approach
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and global offices for related matters
- Manage and maintain program status
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in system training
- Demonstrated change management and training experience
- Excellent communication in English
- Knowledge of learning management systems is a plus
- Familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of project life cycle
