Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing full recruitment cycle for frontline positions;
- Assist daily operations including leave and attendance management, MPF, taxation, work injury cases, etc.;
- Support all-rounded HR functions including staffing, C&B, performance management, and staff relations;
- Responsible for payroll administration and HRIS maintenance;
- Prepare monthly statistical analysis and regular reports;
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in HRM or related disciplines;
- At least 3 years solid experience in handling full spectrum of HR administration, preferably from F&B;
- Proficiency in MS Office application (especially excel, Chinese Word Processing);
- Well-organized, detail-minded, patience and under pressure;
- Good spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Manager.
