Responsibilities:

• Managing full recruitment cycle for frontline positions;
• Assist daily operations including leave and attendance management, MPF, taxation, work injury cases, etc.;
• Support all-rounded HR functions including staffing, C&B, performance management, and staff relations;
• Responsible for payroll administration and HRIS maintenance;
• Prepare monthly statistical analysis and regular reports;
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

 Requirements

• Diploma or above in HRM or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years solid experience in handling full spectrum of HR administration, preferably from F&B;
• Proficiency in MS Office application (especially excel, Chinese Word Processing);
• Well-organized, detail-minded, patience and under pressure;
• Good spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Manager.
