Key Areas of Responsibility (KARs):

• Highly involve in various Real Estate and office leasing related projects with tight deadlines.
• Daily data entry and proactively manage the integrity of the Database.
• Proposal writing and particular / flyer preparation
  
• Coordinate with multiple city offices to collect relevant data and track record.
• Understand the client’s needs and requirements to prepare a winning strategy with team members.
• Prepare track record, testimonials, CVs relevant to proposals.
• Compile necessary reports for the Team.
• Handle high volume of monthly invoices.

Required Qualification Skills and Attributes:

• Associate Degree or above in Business Administration or any related disciplines.
• 1-3 years of working experience in sales support and a corporate environment.
• Strong time management.
• Result oriented with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
• Able to adapt in a fast paced environment.
• Outgoing personality to work with an energetic team.
• Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is required. Mandarin is highly regarded but optional.
• Detail minded and able to work under tight schedule
• Immediate available is preferred.
