Your new role

• Provide one-stop talent acquisition services including but not limited to job description review, job posting, interview arrangement, offer confirmation and new hire formalities, etc.
• Assist to review, implement and maintain the appropriate processes, tools and reports necessary to scale and support the HRBP function
• Liaise with external parties for recruitment activities and participate in mass recruitment events
• Execute staff referral program and provide ad hoc support to our trainee program
• Prepare and update various HR related reports for management review and conduct market survey for benchmarking
• Particpate in various work groups and committees for staff activities and any assigned ad-hoc tasks

To succeed in this role

• University degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
• Prior HR experience in sizable firm for mass and high-volume recruitment preferred
• Decent knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulation and relevant regulations
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast pace working environment
• Great team spirit, multi-tasking, cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Immediate available preferred; Fresh graduate is also welcome
