Responsibilities

• Schedule travel arrangements and prepare itineraries if required
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings, conference calls and events
• Answer, screen and manage incoming calls
• Prepare regular reports using Excel
• Manage and update client information using Salesforce
• Perform other administrative duties including vendor liaison and financial printing

Requirements

• Relevant experience in administrative support in a financial services firm
• Good Microsoft Office skills namely Excel, knowledge of CRM system e.g. Salesforce is a plus
• Solid follow-up and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independent and self-motivated
• English and Chinese fluency is necessary
