Core Business Services – Office Support Services - Senior Administration Assistant

Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality services to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • controlling accounting functions such as checking invoices and making deposits
  • daily production support on housekeeping for sorting, scanning, affiliated tasks association with the team service and control on disposal
  • maintain accurate, organized files for fast and convenient retrieval
  • provide advance clerical support such as data & e-filing management etc.;
  • prepare different kinds of reports such as attendance record, requisition report etc.;
  • manage the day-to-day administrative service of the office
  • schedule meetings and events based on team/company plans
  • prepare budgets and tracking expenditure across the service lines/event
  • perform ad hoc assignments as required

Qualifications, Education and Certification

To Qualify, candidates must have:

  • Secondary graduate with understanding of administration duties
  • 3 years of relevant experience of office administration field
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English and Mandarin
  • Independent, detail-minded and well organized
  • Able to work independently and a good team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • On the job training will be provided
