Responsibilities:

• Assists in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, staff relations, performance management, etc;
• Maintain employee data, attendance and leave records;
• Prepare regular HR reports for management review;
• Handle ad hoc projects when necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience;  
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related regulations;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, responsible and with good communication & interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in computer skills;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
