Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate database and filing of license agreements and relevant documents;

• Prepare and draft business agreements;

• Co-ordinate and support business teams for contract administration tasks;

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks/ projects as required.

• Non-Degree Tertiary graduate in any disciplines;

• At least 2 years solid business administrative experience;

• Attention to details with strong communication and problem-solving skills;

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;

• Knowledge in Content distribution and Licensing industry would definitely be an advantage;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required;

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive.

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
