What you will be doing?

• Create strong relationships with clients as well as to supporting their hiring needs
• Providing recruitment strategies and solutions to clients
• Managing candidates and ensuring the most qualified candidates are shortlisted to your clients
• Manage and lead the recruitment process
• Conduct expectation management to both client and candidate

Who we are looking for?

• An entrepreneurial minded. sales eager to bill to his/her heart’s content
• Communicative and proactively interacts with clients on regular basis
• A minimum of 5-7 years Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience
• Self-driven and confident in networking in social situations
• Sales-driven, mature and result oriented
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, proficient Mandarin is also preferred
