• Provide full secretarial/clerical and administrative support to the project team and department to ensure the smooth running of the operations.
• Maintain document control processes for the efficient management.
• Maintain a proper Document Management System for recording, distribution and tracking of all documents.
• Keep stock of stationary supplies for the department.
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignment/ tasks as required.

• Completion of secondary education or equivalent.
• 1 year relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English language.
• Attain a speed of 40 words per minute of English typing and 20 words per minute for Chinese typing.
• Good knowledge on the use of word processor / computer and time line programme.
