Our client, an international Hedge Fund, is hiring a Compliance Manager to join their growing team.

Job Description

• Regulatory reporting experience including but not limited to NFA, SEC and SFC
• Liaise and deal with the regulators to handle general enquiries
• Assist with the Day-to-day Compliance Advisory Support and update the compliance manuals 
• Conduct legal research that applies to the hedge fund business and promote a compliance culture and conduct internal training

The Successful Applicant

• 3-8 years of hedge fund compliance experience 
• Having native level written and spoken fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Familiar with SFO, MAS and other regulatory compliance regulations
• Confident, mature, able to act as a decision maker (approving processes and documents)
