Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide full secretarial/clerical and administrative support to the project team and department to ensure the smooth running of the operations.
- Maintain document control processes for the efficient management.
- Maintain a proper Document Management System for recording, distribution and tracking of all documents.
- Keep stock of stationary supplies for the department.
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignment/ tasks as required.
Requirements
- Completion of secondary education or above.
- Attain a speed of 40 words per minute of English typing and 20 words per minute for Chinese typing.
- Good knowledge on the use of word processor / computer and time line programme.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English language.
