Responsibilities:

• Participate in new business /underwriting projects, including analyzing data to identify ways to improve workflow, automation and e-platform;  
• Participate in preparing analysis reports and MIS ; 
• Assist the team leader to study and adopt new technology to improve new business processes, including e-insurance application, premium collection, auto-engine etc. 
• Assist the team leader to conduct quality review and daily monitoring activities to ensure smooth operation of the team.   
• Participate in drafting operation manuals and guidelines relating to new business 
• Ad hoc projects and tasks

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline
• 1-3 years working experience in individual insurance industry, preferably with working experience in new business or underwriting, policy services or claims. Candidate with more experience will be considered as officer.  
• With knowledge of data analysis is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attentive to details and strong analytical thinking
