• Handling company secretarial duties for the listed companies and its Hong Kong and overseas subsidiaries
• Handling and organizing the preparation of annual/interim/quarterly reports, SFC filings, board meetings, board committee meetings and general meetings, and drafting announcements and circulars
• Take some corporate Affairs duties such as coordinates with different suppliers etc
• Assisting in handling ad hoc projects

• At least 3 years of post qualification company secretarial experience preferably gained in professional firms and/or listed companies
• Ability to handle full range of company secretarial work independently
• Good PC knowledge of Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with ability to communicate in Mandarin
• Report to MD of Coprorate affairs
