Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR business partner, providing advice and guidance to stakeholders on different HR planning including but not limited to manpower planning and allocation, HR costing and budgeting, performance management, talent development
- Support the full spectrum of HR function including but not limited to payroll calculations, MPF and benefits administration, leave management, on-boarding and off-boarding management
- Responsible for the implementation and upholding HR policies to ensure it is compliant with government regulations and Group requirements
- Support to drive key strategic HR initiates and projects including but not limited to system integration
- Act as a change agent to further enhance the Company’s growth culture and deploy global HR initiatives and programmes
- Analyse HR and business data to identify HR levers and action items.
- Develop talent and succession plans to build people and organisation capability
- Design and leverage integrated people strategies based on a holistic understanding of our diverse workforce; enabling the attraction, development and retention of top talent
- Assist in ad-hoc human resources related matters when assigned
- M&A experience from HR perspective would be plus
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience gained in a multinational environment
- Strong experience in change management
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Ability to work independently and autonomously with minimum direction
- Strong analytical skills, well organized and able to work well under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Chinese
- Experienced in HRIS e.g. Workday, would be a plus
