Job Description

 RESPONSBILITIES -

  •    Providing administrative and HR related formalities support and other ad hoc projects
  •    Updating and maintaining proper HR records including new hiring, transfers, terminations, appraisals, vacation and all leave record.
  •    Assisting recruitment processes, including the preparation of contract, accounts open, onboarding process, etc
  •    Assisting training activities, including to handle training materials, update and maintain related records, supporting the training operation, etc
  •    Assisting funding administrative work including application, progress reporting, financial reporting, etc
  •    Performing procurement duties and maintain the inventory of office supplies to support the daily operation of office
  •    Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments
  •    Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
  •    Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings and distributing memos and reports

REQUIREMENTS -

  •    Higher diploma education or above
  •    2+ year of hands-on experience in administrative support or HR Generalist
  •    Skills in video editing is advantaged
  •    Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, fast-learner
  •    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  •    Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  •    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc) and Chinese word processing
  • Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
