• Responsible for sales / purchases order processing & sales/purchases related doc
• Help Manager to examine and review products and supplies to ensure quality
• Liaise between other departments and customer for delivery and payment arrangement.
• Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time
• Follow up after sales issues, organize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of supplies
• Answer customer inquiries about the status of inventory & installation
• Following up the Shipping documents and monitor the delivery status to meet customer delivery schedule
• Update and monitor customer order status

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 1 to 2 years' solid experience in performing clerical duties
• Proficient in MS Excel (such as vlookup, Sumifs) & Word is a must
• A good team player, proactive and detail-minded
