Job Description
We are currently looking for a clerk to assist in general clerical and administrative duties. You will be responsible for providing administration support including: issuance of purchase orders, mail handling, office maintenance, warehouse management, corporate event / meeting room setup and general administration supports.
- F.5 / HKDSE or above;
- At least 1 years' clerical / administration experience;
- Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word & Excel);
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese;
- Responsible, well organized, proactive and good communication skill;
- Able to work on weekends when necessary;
- Immediate available is highly preferred;
- Location: Kwun Tong / Admiralty.
