WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....

Provide executive assistant and business support to senior leader

Roles and Responsibilities:

Appointment Management, Executive and Administrative Responsibilities

  • To manage the intensive schedule of the leader by arranging and co-ordinating internal and external meetings/conference calls timely and effectively
  • To handle intensive travel schedules and to follow through respective arrangements
  • To ensure professional communications with internal business partners and external customers
  • To handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • To act as the key co-ordinator and provide secretarial advice within the function

Reports and Meeting Materials

  • To collect and consolidate business reports
  • To follow up/consolidate relevant information for leaders’ meetings with internal and external parties in a timely manner
  • To chase/prepare and check the meeting materials to foster efficiency of meetings/calls

Expense Control

  • To manage leader’s expense claims according to corporate policies and procedures
  • To ensure expense budgeting, policy and approval process are in line

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary education and above with formal administrative management training
  • 10 years relevant experience
  • Proactive and independent
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • In-depth administrative knowledge
  • Good command of written & spoken English
  • PC skills in Office Operating Software

Others:

  • You are required to obtain relevant licence if your job involves in regulated activities
