• Responsible for daily documentation for store operations and preparing reports for daily sales
• Provide clerical and administrative support in SAP such as Purchase Order handling
• Responsible for routine store administration duties such as staff attendance, leave application, inventory arrangement, stock transfer etc.
• Maintain accurate record of petty cash in/out
• Handle and process sales transactions
• Assist Supervisor to update company SOP and guidelines
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• At least 1 year of retail working experience
• Willing to work shift duty on weekend & public holidays
• Experience in Retail, F&B or FMCG industry is an advantage
• Candidates with retail sales experience and with some exposure and interest on handling store back office tasks will also be considered
• Sound computer knowledge of MS Word and Excel including English and Chinese typing skill • Good command of spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
