Job Description
HR Operation Executive - Shared Service (Fixed contract with 12 months and renewable)

Responsibilities:

• Support all-round HR administration and operation
• Responsible for the HR shared services and projects
• Coordinate the HR outsourcing project for the internal use, including the HR system and server
• Provide administrative support to HR team in handling complex and confidential business activities
• Coordinate for managing employee files and records on HR systems to ensure data quality accuracy
• As a coordinator between the internal HR team and project outsourcing
  
  Requirements:
• University graduates preferable in Human Resources Management
• Min 5-6 years' work experience in HR field
• Understanding on HK labour ordinance and related employment legislations is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage confidential information
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
• Good knowledge of all MS Office applications
• Good verbal and written Chinese and English language communication skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred
