Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment lifecycle end to end; including but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for entry-level openings
• Maintain a great candidate experience and good relationship with client
• Ensure all changes to a candidate's status are tracked to enable accurate reporting
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year of full-cycle recruiting experience in a professional corporate environment or recruitment agencies
• Experience working to and meeting demanding targets and deadlines
• With experience in screening and interviewing and managing candidates through the full end-to-end recruitment process
• Team orientated and desire to learn in a fast passed environment
• Energetic and able to multitask
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Fresh graduate will be considered 
• Immediately available is preferred
