Job Description
Requirements:
- Degree Holder (Full time) with around 12 - 15years experience in Training & Development, gained from reputable companies (from Financial Institutions will be an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal English)
- Independent, good project management and coordination skills (with internal & external trainers)
- Pro-active, enthusiastic, with drive for challenge
- Possesses very good PC skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- around HK$900K - HK$1M p.a.
- a good Financial Institution
