Responsibilities

We are now inviting an intern to join our HR Enablement team. Successful candidates will have a chance to understand and support various HR process throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Support execution of HR initiatives or events
• Support new joiner orientation and employee separation logistics arrangement
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of employee personnel record
• Complete ad hoc duties and projects as required

Requirements

• Current undergraduates in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Great communication skills with fluent spoken & written English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, meticulous, organized and possess strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work for part-time (2-3 days per week)
