Job Descriptions:

• Plan and implement the talent management and organisation development strategy in support of the organisation’s strategic and operational plans
• Design and implement policies, processes, systems and initiatives for organization development, succession planning, talent identification, selection and development for building talent pools and leadership pipeline
• Conduct research and analysis to optimize the organization
• Define future talent needs for all levels and coach key talents, make sure talent development align with business strategy and manpower plan
• Promote effective employee communications and drive employee engagement

 
Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Humanities or similar disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Talent Management, People Development and Organisation Development in established organisation of which at least 5 years should be in a managerial capacity with proven track record in working independently
• Experience in real estate industry / consulting firms will be an advantage
