Responsibilities

• Be the subject expert in compensation & benefits and provide strategic advisory services to key stakeholders and management
• Review, analyse and make recommendation to business leaders and line managers on different compensation programs such as incentive, bonus and commission schemes
• Handle staff enquiries in the area of compensations, benefits and payroll; and provide professional HR solutions
• Conduct market survey and salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness of the company's compensation framework
• Analyze and consolidate wide range of HR data and prepare reports for management review
• Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks and projects as required.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
• Minimum of 12 years of solid HR experience gained from sizable companies,
• Experience gained from FMCG / Retail sectors would be an advantage
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytic skills and numerical sense
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications and HRIS
• Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
