Job Description

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the team
• Liaise with internal and external parties on business operations
• Handle client inquiries in a professional manner, monitor client portfolios and maintain client database
• Assist in recruitment procedures of the team
• Prepare reports, proposals and other marketing materials
• Participate in any ad-hoc tasks assigned
  

• DSE or above holder with at least 2 years’ relevant experience
• Well-organized and detail-minded
• Self-motivated, responsible, reliable and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word-processing
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
• Passed IIQE paper would be highly preferred
