Job Description

Job Descriptions:
  • Lead the training and development function to support the business performance and manpower development
  • Identify learning needs, design and develop operational, compliance, management and technology training curriculum and programmes
  • Develop and implement annual training plan and enhancement of training curriculum, monitor the performance and operation of learning platform
  • Advise internal Divisions and Departments and devise customised training strategies that support operations and corporate development
  • Evaluate the training impact and explore new tools and opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness continuously


Requirements:
  • Master Degree holder in a related discipline, preferably with formal training in Human Resources Developmen
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in training and development in a sizable organization with experience in driving and implementing change
  • Excellent communication skills and sensitive to corporate directives and needs.
  • Familiar with Learning Management System products and multi-media communication tools/channels
  • Experience in driving new technology and initiatives in Construction and Engineering industries will be an advantage
