工作内容:

• 提供櫃檯和客戶服務，包括電話熱線服務，以及協助牙科診所顧客預約和改期等。

• 提供數據輸入服務，例如新病人登記、就診記錄等。

• 提供資料搜索和整理服務，包括在需要時按照政府記錄保存慣例進行日常歸檔、盤點、清除和處置記錄等。

要求：

• 有一年客戶服務/電話熱綫經驗,以及；

• 能良好地使用 Microsoft (MS) Windows, MS Word, MS Excel 等電腦程序，并且會中英文打字及懂得使用倉頡、速成輸入法。
