Job Description
The Job
- Client: A Private Property Group
- Position: Personal Assistant
- Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Chairman and provide full spectrum of administrative support on both business and personal issues;
- Responsible for organizing meetings and appointments;
- Handle travel arrangement for business or leisure trips, including flights, hotel & accommodation, itinerary planning and visa application
- Prepare presentations materials;
- Liaising with internal and external parties;
- $40-50K. 5-day, medical, bonus, incentives
Requirements
- Degree holder from reputable universities. Overseas graduates highly preferred
- Relevant PA experience in serving C-level gained with sizable companies or MNCs.
- Well organized, detail-minded, self-initiative and hard working
- Excellent command of languages; Cantonese, English, Putonghua
- Fluent speaker of Japanese will be an advantage but not a must
- Willing to travel
- Both Male and female applicants are welcome.
- Candidates meeting the above requirements but without PA experience are also welcome
