  Responsibilities:

• To manage and develop the professional recruitment needs/approach for client to exceed their current standard of hiring expectation
• Responsible to manage the team or internal supporting researcher for the full cycle of the recruitment process from job brief, sourcing and assessing right candidates
• Approach and develop new client, maintain the best client relationship to leverage new business needs from existing client or resume the sleeping client to key account
• Non-stop learning and research the situation and insight of the job market and knowing your competitors
• Actively networking within the assigned industry market

  Requirements:

• Experienced in Recruitment and HR solution with strong sense of business acumen  
• International Recruitment experience and Strong team leading skill is perfected 
• Outgoing personality, enjoy meeting people at all levels and backgrounds, result-oriented
• Excellent communication skills and be fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel will be advantageous
• A good team player with a strong sense of ambition, able to be resilient and motivated to succeed.
