Job Description
其職責包括：
- 一般校務工作；
- 於接待處處理訪客查詢、接聽電話及負責日常聯絡工作；
- 負責協助策劃、統籌及處理公司之行政工作；
- 協助公司人事及財務資源管理工作；
- 一般文書工作，如資料輸入及文件存檔；
- 整理辦公室各項物資；
- Book meetings and schedule events;
- Maintaining internal databases;
- Submit expense reports;
- Keep employee records (physical and digital);
- Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners;
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail;
要求：
- 持本地學士學位資歷 (或同等學歷)；
- 良好中英語文能力及電腦文書技巧，並具良好溝通能力；
- 願意承擔責任、具創造力，處事細心及精準；
- 熟悉使用電腦、Microsoft Word、Excel、Power point、Tencent Meeting, Zoom；
- 可立即到崗者優先考慮；
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder or above;
- Good Chinese and English language skills, computer operating skills, and communication skills;
- Self-motivated, well organized, and able to work independently;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word、Excel、Power point、Tencent Meeting, Zoom;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred;
